At The Pink Lemonade Cake Company, LLC, we take pride in crafting premium baked goods and mix products with care and quality. Because our items are perishable and food-based, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any edible products once they have been shipped or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ready-to-Eat Chewies

  • Mix-n-Bake Chewie Batter

  • Pound Cakes and Specialty Baked Goods

  • Individual or gift-boxed assortments

The policy of not accepting returns for these items is based on health, safety, and quality assurance standards to protect our customers and maintain product integrity.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom products, including special orders, personalized packaging, or private-label items, are nonrefundable once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@pinklemonadecakes.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the situation promptly and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once products leave our facility and are in transit, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. However, if your shipment is lost or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
